Birthday Gift Wrapping

For my friend's (Sunny) birthday, I wanted to give her a poster for the upcoming movie Takers accompanied by a pair of AMC movie tickets. She loves everything T.I. except for maybe him going to jail.

So, how did I end up wrapping a "classy" present like that?

Giant Clothespin Wall Decor

Maybe it's because I'm short, but I've always had a strange fascination with over-sized objects. Naturally, I couldn't resist buying myself some giant clothespins (from Urban Outfitters) to decorate a wall in my room. I didn't have thicker string on hand so used cooking twine instead.

Hanging Vases Ceiling Decor

I fell in love with these CB2 Teardrop Diamond Hanging Vases. One of my closest friends, Verna, was too sweet and bought me some for my birthday. Eventually, I'd like to put fresh flowers in them. For the time being, I'll settle on hole punches saved from Cynthia's wedding programs.

C&E Wedding Candy Bar Wrappers & Candy Table

Kathy put together a candy table for Cynthia and Elvin's wedding. I was fortunate enough to get to help out by designing some candy wrappers for the table. Yes, those are my hands in the picture =)
